Today, it is seen that the science of archeology is gaining momentum in a stimulating way for new research with open science applications in line with the open-access approach. Within the scope of the Juliopolis Project supported by Koç University VEKAM and the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations, the riches of the ancient city enable new research thanks to studies carried out with today’s technology. The project also progresses by adopting the open access principle, where the archaeological heritage is made accessible to all humanity, with the digital archive created at international standards and the e-book study where the first findings are shared. In this event, which will be held on the occasion of Open Access Week, the studies carried out with the principle of open and transparent sharing within the scope of the Juliopolis project and the future potential of the project in terms of open science applications will be evaluated.
