The book has two major parts. The first one contains pieces by various academicians and experts, about the cuisine culture of Ankara, while the second part is a selection of 168 recipes from the participants of the ‘Local Dishes of Ankara’ contest held by the Ankara Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism, as well as other sources of reference approached by the authors.
