The Textile Collection of the Ankara Orchard House is composed of weave work and embroideries. Most of the textile collection is exhibited on the third floor. The linens, pillow cases, divan sheets and towels that are examples of plain weave, twill weave, satin weave and jacquard weave take an important place in the exhibition. Satin stitch with wire thread, flat wire work, counted thread work, long and short stitch Works, Dival (Maraş) works, Suzeni stiches, applique examples are dated from mid-19th-century to mid-20th-century. The textile collection also has a rich variety of patterns. Cloves, tulips, hyacinths, irises, roses, fuchsias, violets, teasels, hatayi, penç as well as leaves with different styles along with rumi patterns are examined in the exhibition.
